Because the keyboard hasn’t switched to the system that corresponds to your computer. Please press FN+A to switch the system to Windows and FN+S to MacOS.
Why don’t the WIN and CapsLock keys blink or show a white light when locked?
This situation will happen in wireless mode. In wireless mode, the keyboard will enter the power-saving mode. Therefore these two keys will not blink or show a white light as they do in wired mode when locked.
